Ruehl named TCCAA Softball Co-Pitcher of the Week

MORRISTOWN, TN – Lauren Ruehl was named the TCCAA Softball Co-Pitcher of the Week after picking up a win and a save in two appearances. 

Ruehl earned the honor alongside Chattanooga State's Olivia Laney

In her two appearances during the week, Ruehl went six innings. She allowed one run on four hits and struck out four. Ruehl picked up the save in game one on Wednesday against Roane State and then turned around and threw a complete game in game two of the day. Ruehl also homered and drove in three runs in game two.

Ruehl and the Lady Senators are back in action on Wednesday, hosting Pellissippi State at 11 am and 1 pm ET.
