Addison Beech named TCCAA Softball Player of the Week

MORRISTOWN, TN – Addison Beech was awarded the TCCAA Softball Player of the Week on Tuesday for her efforts over six games last week.

For the week, Beech collected 13 hits, drove in seven RBIs and scored seven runs at the leadoff spot. 

Against Gaston, Beech went 2-4 with a double and two RBIs in a 5-4 game two win over a Top-10 team. Beech picked up three more hits and drove in three runs against Calhoun Community College, and she hit her first home run of the season and went 4-4 with two RBIs against Snead State on Saturday.

For the season, Beech is hitting .429 with a home run, nine RBIs, 11 runs scored and six stolen bases.

Beech and the Lady Senators are back in action on Wednesday, on the road at No. 10 Gaston. The doubleheader is set to begin at 1 pm ET.
