Raegan Starks named TCCAA Women’s Basketball Player of the Week

MORRISTOWN, TN – Raegan Starks had a phenomenal week for the Walters State women's basketball team and was named the TCCAA Women's Basketball Player of the Week for it. 

Starks was named Player of the Week following a 2-0 week for the Lady Senators. Against Cleveland State, Starks finished with 17 points and six rebounds. On Saturday against Volunteer State, Starks finished with 20 points and 10 rebounds for her second double-double of the season. 

For the season, Starks is averaging 12.7 points and 7.7 rebounds per game. Starks has helped lead Walters State to a 6-0 record and a No. 7 ranking.

Starks and the Lady Senators are back in action on Friday and Saturday at the South Georgia Tech Classic. Walters State will play Central Georgia Tech on Friday at 6 pm ET and Albany Tech on Saturday at 3 pm ET.
